What is the return policy?

Quality is at the heart of who we are. If the items purchased don’t meet your expectations, you can initiate a return online here within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you receive the label, we ask that you ship the return within 14 days.
Return Shipping is a flat rate of $7.50. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not currently accepting lululemon Like New returns in-store.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. After it’s processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account after we release it.

Final sale items are non-returnable 

Some lululemon Like New items are marked as final sale. We're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including sizing issues or personal preferences. 

What should I do if my final sale item does not fit?

We understand that fit issues can be disappointing. While we do not offer returns or store credits on final sale items, we recommend the following:

  • Review our sizing guides before purchase to help ensure the best fit.
  • Consider reselling the item on Like New
