Quality is at the heart of who we are. If the items purchased don’t meet your expectations, you can initiate a return online here within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you receive the label, we ask that you ship the return within 14 days.
Keep in mind, for returns, shipping is a flat rate of $7.50. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Currently, we are not accepting lululemon Like New returns in-store.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. After it’s processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days to see the credit in your account after we release it.
Final Sale Items Are Non-Returnable
Some lululemon Like New items are marked as final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including sizing issues or personal preferences.
What Should I Do If My Final Sale Item Does Not Fit?
We understand that fit issues can be disappointing. While we do not offer returns or store credits on final sale items, we recommend the following:
